Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, all bonus funds credited to a pka888 account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. All bets are accepted at pka888's sole discretion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pka888 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pka888 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. pka888 may suspend any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful activity; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been raised by the Player; or (d) regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate suspension.
You may request closure of your pka888 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Where an account is closed by pka888 due to a proven breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, or bonus abuse, pka888 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any winnings generated from the conduct in breach.
